Assess, migrate and run your
applications on the cloud
With a landing zone, cost controls and resilience targets defined before you move.
Overview
A cloud move is rarely just a lift-and-shift.
Done well it improves resilience, elasticity and unit economics. Done carelessly it relocates the same architecture onto metered infrastructure, and the bill arrives before the benefit: over-provisioned instances, egress nobody modelled, and no tagging to tell you which team owns the spend.
We start with a workload assessment: dependency mapping, and a disposition per application against the standard options (rehost, replatform, refactor, retire or retain), with the business case and RPO and RTO targets set for each. Before migration we establish a landing zone with account structure, network topology, identity and guardrails in place, so workloads land in a governed environment rather than one retrofitted later. Migration runs in waves with rollback paths. Afterwards, FinOps practice keeps unit cost visible through tagging, right-sizing and commitment planning, while observability and SLOs tell you whether the estate is actually meeting its reliability targets.
A governed landing zone before the first workload arrives.
Solutions
The platforms and patterns we cover
Placement matters more than preference — the right target for each workload depends on its dependencies, data gravity, compliance constraints and run cost.
AI-Ready Cloud
Landing zone, GPU capacity and MLOps foundations that make AI workloads production-ready.
CLOUD PLATFORMS
AWS
Architecture, migration and operations on AWS, aligned to Well-Architected principles rather than a single generic pattern.
Microsoft Azure
Architecture, migration and operations on Azure, integrated with the Microsoft identity and licensing estate you already run.
Google Cloud
Architecture, migration and operations on Google Cloud, particularly where data and analytics workloads lead the case.
CLOUD-NATIVE & MODERN
Hybrid & Multi-Cloud
Workload placement across cloud and on-premises with consistent identity and networking, avoiding unintended lock-in.
Containers & Kubernetes
Containerized workloads on managed Kubernetes, with cluster autoscaling, ingress, secrets handling and a defined deployment strategy.
Cloud-Native Applications
Applications engineered for elasticity, statelessness and graceful degradation, rather than legacy designs relocated as-is.
Serverless
Event-driven, consumption-priced architectures that remove idle capacity and scale with demand, with cold-start and concurrency limits accounted for.
OPERATIONS & RESILIENCE
Observability & SRE
Metrics, logs and traces with SLOs and error budgets, so reliability is measured and alerting reflects user impact.
Disaster Recovery & Backup
Backup, replication and tested failover designed to defined RPO and RTO targets, with recovery rehearsed not assumed.
Cloud Security Posture
Guardrails, CSPM and hardened baselines, delivered with our security practice so posture holds as the estate grows.
Not sure where to start?
Most clients start with a migration wave, then retain us for FinOps, posture management and daily operations.
Services
How we engage
From a workload assessment through to running the estate against SLOs.
Cloud Assessment & Advisory
We assess the estate, map dependencies and assign a disposition per workload (rehost, replatform, refactor, retire or retain) with a total cost of ownership model, RPO and RTO targets and a sequenced migration plan.
Cloud Migration
We establish the landing zone, then migrate in waves with defined cutover and rollback plans, from lift-and-shift through to re-architecture, so applications move safely into a governed environment.
Cloud-Native Development
We build applications that exploit the platform properly: managed services, autoscaling, statelessness and graceful degradation, engineered for resilience and predictable unit cost rather than relocated legacy design.
DevOps & Automation
We implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code with automated testing and policy-as-code guardrails, so environments are reproducible, releases are faster and safer, and configuration drift is caught early.
Managed Cloud & Optimization
We run and continuously optimize the estate: right-sizing, commitment and reservation planning, tagging and cost allocation, patching and posture management, so performance holds and spend stays visible.
Our Approach
Assess. Plan. Migrate. Optimize. Manage.
01
Assess
Dependency mapping and disposition per workload.
02
Plan
Landing zone, target architecture and migration waves.
03
Migrate
Execute in waves with cutover and rollback plans.
04
Optimize
Right-size, commit and tag for cost visibility.
05
Manage
Operate to SLOs with posture and patch management.
Why LogicSure
Assessed per workload, independent across clouds, and secure before you land
Approach per workload
A disposition and business case per application, not one migration pattern applied to everything.
Independent across clouds
AWS, Azure or Google Cloud selected on workload fit, existing skills and commercial terms.
Security built in
Guardrails and hardened baselines in the landing zone before workloads arrive, not retrofitted after.
We can run it too
Managed operations with FinOps discipline and SLO-based reporting once you are there.
